Drinking your Vegetables! Green Smoothie!

Breakfast on the run or a healthy snack after a good workout, this green smoothie will give you added protein and omega to reward your efforts!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
  • 1 leaf kale
  • 1 sliced banana
  • 1 spear of pineapple

Directions

  1. Blend spinach, almond milk, peanut butter, chia seeds, and kale together in a blender until smooth. Add banana an pineapple and blend until smooth.
