2018 is yours!! Never give up!

Happy New Year to you my friends! Another year to achieve your dreams and stay healthy! I decided to write this update because I just received my iodine in the mail LOL. I use this as just a part of my regiment to reduce the cysts I have in my breast. I’m pretty open about this as I had been very public with breast cancer a few years ago. The new benign cysts are in the other side of my chest this time. Also on Friday I have more reconstructive surgery to correct more of what radiation had left behind on my chest. It’s not a bad thing at all and I am not looking for sympathy comments although those are very thoughtful. I just wanted to say YOU HAVE TO STAY POSITIVE. We all go through struggles and adversities and it is HOW YOU PERCEIVE AND HANDLE THEM that will determine your stress level, positive experience regardless of how hard or emotional it is, and your tenacity to just overcome these hardships. We can all do it. While sometimes I get nervous about all this I CHOOSE TO TURN THOSE CRAZY THOUGHTS AROUND and be thankful that I am alive and I still have my health and am able to breathe and LIVE and overcome. I’m here to say that no matter how tough it is it is up to you to make the best out of your day and your life. Struggles make you search deep inside yourself for that will to just get it done and keep moving forward and to look at life through lenses with no pride or ego or fear.
