Mail Man Delivers Mail To Homes Devastated By The North Bay Fires

For years we have known the motto of the Postal service but never has it been more relevant than this. If you have never heard it, this is what it is: Neither snow, nor rain, nor heat, nor gloom of night, stays these couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds. There is a video on Youtube showing a drones view of the devastation in Santa Rosa and it’s heartbreaking. Homes have been destoyed by what some are calling the worst fires in the history of California. In this video you can see a postal worker delivering mail to the homes that no longer exist. The footage is hard to look at, especially when you can see homes completely unaffected by the fires right across the street from homes that are now just empty smoldering lots. We all pray for those that have lost everything in the fires and the long road ahead of them that they face back to recovery.
