Man Power-Sands His Foot On Public Train

This either falls under “you gotta do, what you gotta do” or “I might need to switch seats.” and I’m not really sure which one it should be. There is a video of a man power sanding the bottom of his foot on a train in New Jersey. Was there no other place that this could have been done? Maybe somewhere there aren’t other people having to breathe in your foot dust?

What do you do in this situation? Apparently, shoot video and go viral because what else can you really do. He has a power tool after all.
