Saddle up and meet your new best friend! Howdy packs a lot of personality in a small package—silly, funny, clever, cute…what more could you ask for?! This little cowboy was found by a good samaritan in Oakland after narrowly missing being hit by a car!  Howdy ended up scared and confused in the shelter—until Muttville came to the rescue! Howdy is 7 years old and 7 pounds!
