Oakland Animal Services: Periwinkle

Periwinkle arrived in our care wet and muddy but has since been groomed by a volunteer, she is feeling so much better! She is about two years old, 14 pounds and a terrier mix who will need regular grooming and brushing.  Periwinkle would prefer an adult only home where her family would be willing to go slowly with her, introducing her to new people slowly and move at her pace.
