Pet Of The Week: Violet

By Hope Bidegainberry on August 16, 2018

Roses are red and violets are blue…..this little Violet sure is blue without you.  Violet is a six year old spayed female Chihuahua looking for a quiet home.  She’s a shy and petite dog who like her namesake is a bit of a shrinking violet. But with love and attention, she’ll blossom into a confident dog. Violet enjoys the company of other dogs her size and would thrive best in a home without children.  Looking for a tender and endearing dog?  Ask for Violet ID# A842967.

Other adoptable pets are available at Peninsula Humane Society & SPCA’s Tom and Annette Lantos Center for Compassion, 1450 Rollins Road, Burlingame. The shelter is open for adoptions weekdays 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. and weekends 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.  Potential adopters should arrive at least an hour before closing time to complete an adoption. For directions and information, call 650-340-7022 or visit www.phs-spca.org.
