SF Transforms for PARK(ing) Day!

PARK(ing) Day is an annual worldwide event that happens every year on the 3rd Friday in September. You will see San Francisco transform as metered parking spots turn into temporary parks.

You’ll see people lounging at these mini-parks that are being used as mini sanctuaries. Some people will use them as performance spaces, little libraries or just mini spots to relax and hang out.

Watch as the city transforms before your eyes from a concrete jungle to a city of mini parks.
