Teacher is Gifted Money After Saying She Buys Supplies for Low-Income Students

Last week a teacher was on a flight from Chicago to Florida where she began talking to another passenger.

The passenger asked her what she did for work and she mentioned she loves being a teacher. He then asked her what her biggest challenge as a teacher is and she stated “that working at a low income school can be heartbreaking. We talked about the world and how no child should ever do without. In 2018 kids should never be hungry or in need of anything.”

The man then asked for her contact information because his company is always willing to donate to low-income schools. Not long after, the passenger sitting behind her gifted her $500 and told her “to do something amazing.”

That’s not all though.

Once the plane landed, the man across the aisle handed her $20 and the man in front of her turned around and gave her $10.
