Chinese Lunar New Year Parade and Street Fair: Experience Chinatown with this FREE event that features art, dancing, music and drumming. Then make sure to check out the parade that begins at 5:30 pm at Washington & Grant in San Francisco.

Oakland Zoo FREE Admission: Get in for FREE to the zoo today if you’re a “dog”, meaning you were born in the year of the dog, which are the years 1922, 1934, 1946, 1958, 1970, 1982, 1994, 2006 and 2018.

The 1st Annual Black Joy Parade: This FREE event will be held 14th and Alice Street in Oakland. At 12:30 pm join the African American community and celebrate its influence on cultures past, present and future.
