18th Annual Oktoberfest By The Bay at Pier 48: Enjoy a day of music, dancing, German food and of course, beer. There will be plenty of music, dancing, and German food and drink. The festival runs from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. across from AT&T Park.
Smithsonian’s 13th Annual Free Museum Day: This event is FREE but a ticket is required. Get it here, then check out these amazing exhibits. 2017 Bay Area Blues Festival: This FREE event takes place in Historic Downtown Martinez from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Check out the great music along with arts and cracts, beer and wine and food.
$1 Book Day: The 2017 Big Book Sale: Today is the last day for the Big Book Sale! Choose from over 500,000 books, DVDs, CDs, books on tape, and vinyl, all for $1-3, at the Fort Mason Center’s Festival Pavilion. All proceeds from the Big Book Sale benefit the San Francisco Public Library’s literacy programs for children, teens and adults.
