Saturday:

124thAnnual Luther Burbank Rose Parade & Festival: This FREE event will feature marching bands, floats, equestrian teams and the honoring of local veterans. The festival begins at 9am with the parade at 10am in Downtown Santa Rosa.

The Hello Kitty Cafe Truck is coming back to San Francisco. Not only do they sell Hello Kitty swag and delicious desserts, but they’re totally Instagram-able. The food and gifts do cost money but it’s FREE to take a picture of the adorable truck. You can see it yourself from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm at the Stonestown Galleria at 3251 20th Ave in San Francisco.

Sunday:

107thAnnual Bay to Breakers: This is a 12K journey from the Financial District to Ocean Beach. 40,000 registered participants and 125,000 spectators are expected at the race. Runners will be going up Hayes Street Hills, along the Panhandle and through Golden Gate Park. If you’re not running or watching, expect lot of traffic and closed streets.

Warriors vs. Rockets Game 3: Watch the game on a 50-Foot screen at the Emporium in San Francisco. It’s FREE to attend and you can bring your own food. They will have a bar if you would like to purchase a drink. Game starts at 5pm!
