Woman Vs. Men With Gray Hair

I am a 44  year old woman and I dye my hair and have been since I was about 24.  I started going gray at 23 and would pluck the gray hairs when I would see them.  I always wished I didn’t feel like I needed to do it.  In reality I DON’T have to and it really is a choice, however, society pressures women into thinking it just makes you look old if you let your natural gray hair grow out.  Men on the other hand as they age are beleived to be more distinguished.  Here is an interesting and encouraging video that helps women feel better about going the natural route with their hair!
