Yummy Pumpkin and Pecan Bread!

I love to start the day with a fresh cup of coffee and delicious moist Pumpkin Bread! Here’s a delicious and easy recipe to bring the fall season into your kitchen. this recipe makes 2 loaves, perfect for a friend or your freezer!
Ingredients
- 3 cups sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup applesauce
- 1 can of pumpkin ( 16 ounces)
- 3 1/2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon allspice
- 1 to cup pecans
Directions
Heat the oven to 300. Grease and flour two 9 x 5-inch loaf pans.
Combine sugar, eggs, and oil and applesauce in a large bowl; beat at medium speed until well blended. Stir in pumpkin pureƩ.
Combine flour and spices; slowly add to pumpkin mixture, beating until blended; stir in pecans.
Spoon mixture into the prepared pans.
Bake for 1 hour and 10 to 20 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool in the loaf pans for 10 minutes on wire racks.
Remove from pans and let cool completely on wire racks
