Apple Yogurt Parfaits!

This Apple Yogurt Parfait is a healthy way to start your Thanksgiving Day & couldn’t be easier!  Grab these few ingredients and whip up a yummy breakfast for sleepy heads on Thanksgiving Morning!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • Dash ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup favorite granola with raisins
  • 1-1/3 cups vanilla yogurt

Directions

  • 1. In a small bowl, combine applesauce and nutmeg. Spoon 1 tablespoon granola into each of four parfait glasses. Layer each with 1/3 cup yogurt and 1/4 cup applesauce; sprinkle with remaining granola. Serve immediately.
