I Get To Judge The Great Chili Cook-Off!

I’m so excited to team up with The Guardsmen for the Great Chili Cook-Off. The Guardsmen is a non-profit organization dedicated to changing the lives of at-risk youth across the Bay Area. Each year, they send more than 2,500 youths to outdoor education programs and provide scholarships for more than 250 students to attend private schools.

This is the first time that they will be doing a chili cook-off and I just had to throw my name into the hat to judge it. Not only do I love what the Guardsmen do but I also enjoy chili. This event was made for me! Thankfully they selected me to come out and help them choose the best chili in the Bay. Now all we need is for you to come out and try some yourself! And of course all proceeds from this event support at-risk Bay Area youth.

Chili isn’t the only thing that’s happening at the cook-off. There are family activities and face painting for the kids as well. It’s going to be a great time with some great food! Join us August 3rd from 11AM – 5PM at the beautiful Marina Green in San Francisco.
