Grilling Swordfish is easy, fast and so rewarding! Here’s an easy recipe for your Memorial Weekend BBQ…or anytime!
Prepare your grill medium hot heat.
Combine Dill, olive oil, garlic, salt & pepper and spread on the sides of each swordfish steak to marinate.
Cover and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes.
Place the fish on the grill (save left over marinade). Grill for 5 minutes, basting with marinade.
Carefully flip the steaks and baste with remainder of marinade. Grill for another 5 minutes.
(Be careful not to over cook your fish, if the steaks are on the thin side only grill for 4 minute on each side).
Serve and enjoy!
