Free adoptions to qualified homes ($17 dog license fee still applies to Hayward resident dog adoptions) sponsored by Bissell Pet Foundation on Friday and Saturday, and sponsored by SantaCon Hayward on Sunday.
Raffle prizes, bake sale, and Boutique table to fundraise for the animals of Hayward Animal Shelter and the Cops for Kids Toy Drive.
