Oscars Cocktails

Remember last year at the Oscars when Moonlight won Best Picture, and they were robbed of their moment because Warren Beatty and Faye Dunaway had the wrong envelope and read the wrong name? Yeah, me too. I’m still not over it, frankly. So this year I’m keeping Moonlight on my Oscars night cocktail menu. This year I’m taking inspiration from some of the colorful nominees, and featuring drinks with Blue Curacao. Here’s what I’ll be serving up for the Oscars Sunday night at my house.

The Shape Of Vodka:

1 1/2 oz. Vodka

1/2 oz. Blue Curacao

1 tsp Lemon juice

A splash of champagne

Lady Bluebird

1 1/2 oz. Silver tequila

1/2 oz. Blue Curacao

2 oz. Pineapple juice

Moonlight (was robbed) Margarita

2 oz. Silver tequila

1 oz. Triple Sec
