Can you cook an egg on the sidewalk?

it’s so hot you can fry an egg on the pavement

I always wondered this as a kid and still as an adult but never tried it myself so I looked to YouTube.  Can you really cook an egg on the sidewalk?  I believe you can.  The internet says:  According to the Library of Congress, it’s possible, but not probable, that you could fry an egg on a sidewalk during a hot day. Eggs need to reach a temperature of 158*F to cookthrough. Sidewalks can usually get up to 145*F. The hotter the day, the more likely your egg will fry
