Catch the Blue Angels airshow this weekend

There is no doubt the US Navy Blue Angels are a site to see.  While it can be very loud it most people don’t mind at all.  Spectators can be seen either covering their ears, using ear plugs or toughing it out because seeing the Blue Angels in action will be an experience you will never forget.  These elite pilots are moving through the are at a top speed of 700 miles per hour. The lowest speed is 120 miles per hour.

The mission of the Blue Angeles or United States Navy Flight Demonstration Squadron is “to showcase the pride and professionalism of the United States Navy and Marine Corps by inspiring a culture of excellence and service to country through flight demonstrations and community outreach.”  Members of the Blue Angels also visit more than 50,000 people in schools, hospitals, and community functions at air show cities.

Catch their remaining air shows this weekend for Fleet Week at Marina Green in San Francisco.  For the best seats you should purchase tickets.
