Disneyland is helping their employees pay for childcare!

How often does a company help pay for their employees’ childcare costs? I think we all know there aren’t many. Disneyland is launching a $10 million dollar program to help their employees with childcare costs. They are rolling out this program in the fall for employees with children 12 years old or younger. Disney knows that quality childcare can be difficult to find let alone pay for and they hope their employees take full advantage of this! Way to go Disney!
