I suffer from sciatic pain. I don’t stretch much and my flexibility isn’t as good. My piriformis muscle is very tight which pulls my hip out of line and it also pinches on my sciatic nerve so I have been going through a series of stretches and chiropractic treatment for months. One question my chiropractor asked me if is if I put my phone in my back pocket or perhaps my wallet. I don’t put anything in my back pockets but I saw this picture while scrolling through Instagram. I felt it was important to pass on as sometimes we don’t realize that we can make minor adjustments like this and feel a whole lot better.
