Your kids will eat all their carrots with this delicious honey glaze sauce! Yum! Happy Easter!
- 5-6 large organic carrots
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- italitan parsley for garnish
Wash, peel and cut carrots in about 3 inch long pieces and half lengthwise.
Mix olive oil, honey, sea salt and pepper in a bowl. Toss carrots with the honey-olive oil mixture. Line a baking sheet with foil and spread carrots on and bake at 400 F for about 30 minutes.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve warm.
