Pet of the week: Emily

By Hope Bidegainberry on November 9, 2017

Emily is a 12-year-old striped brown tabby that has been patiently waiting to be adopted for over a year. This gentle, mellow lady adores attention and will give you lots of head bumps and love; she’ll just need a little time to warm up first. Want to see her playful side? Just bring out the catnip and string! Ask for Emily, ID# A815263.

Other adoptable pets are available at Peninsula Humane Society & SPCA’s Tom and Annette Lantos Center for Compassion, 1450 Rollins Road, Burlingame. The shelter is open for adoptions weekdays 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. and weekends 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.  Potential adopters should arrive at least an hour before closing time to complete an adoption.
