2 cups water
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup agave nectar
3 tbsp dried lavender
2 cups fresh squeezed lemon juice
4 cups water
1 sliced lemon for garnish
Make Syrup.. In a small saucepan, bring water and sugar to a boil over medium heat, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and stir in agave and lavender. Cover for 15 minutes and let it steep. Strain lavender, making sure to save all juices and syrup.
In a large pitcher, combine freshly squeezed lemon juice, syrup and water. Chill for at least 2 hours. Serve with ice and enjoy!
