Warriors super star Steph Curry is throwing a party to celebrate 10 years playing in OakTown…on Friday, open to the public! After some initial confusion about how to get tickets here’s the latest…
An unknown amount of people in line at the pop-up shop at 4 a.m. Wednesday were given tickets, according to an Under Armour spokesperson. But ticket distribution was later halted for the day. The pop-up shop will be open again from 12 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Thursday and Friday, according to Under Armour.
Under Armour also stated in its press release that customers have to show a valid high school or college identification card. According to an Under Armour spokesperson, people do not have to show a high school or college ID, but it is encouraged.
“It’s a youth event and we’re focused on high school and college students attending,” according to an Under Armour spokesperson.
Two tickets will be distributed to each customer while tickets remain available, according to Under Armour. It is not clear how many tickets are still available at this point.
Actually getting into the theater on Friday will not be guaranteed. Admission will be on a first-come, first-served basis, Under Armour’s press release stated.
When it comes to the party, Curry promised that it would feature special performances and appearances. According to Under Armour, the performers include E-40, Mistah F.A.B., Saweetie and P-Lo. Sway and Ruby Lopez are listed as the emcees.
