Charming Chester is a friendly 15-lb, 11-year-old Bichon Frise mix who’s ready to be your new best friend! This darling boy loves meeting new people and isn’t shy about waddling over to ask for love. He is a mellow, laid-back boy who is great at making friends with all the other Muttville pups.
