Pet Of The Week: Benji

By 965koit on November 1, 2018

The name Benji conjures up loyalty and steadfastness, and perhaps even an image of a fluffy tan dog.  But not all animals named Benji are dogs.  Meet Benji the rabbit.  He’s a neutered male adult rabbit and like his namesake is fluffy and tan colored.  Benji is sweet, friendly and looking for a new home where his personality can shine brightly.  Looking for a gentle rabbit friend?  Ask for Benji ID# A839607.

Other adoptable pets are available at Peninsula Humane Society & SPCA’s Tom and Annette Lantos Center for Compassion, 1450 Rollins Road, Burlingame. The shelter is open for adoptions weekdays 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. and weekends 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.  Potential adopters should arrive at least an hour before closing time to complete an adoption. For directions and information, call 650-340-7022 or visit www.phs-spca.org.
