Protein Packed Pumpkin Smoothie!

Start your day with this delicious and protein packed pumpkin smoothie!  Pumpkin is highly nutritious rich in Vitamin A and antioxidants.

Ingredients

  • 1  banana
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 2/3 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup ice

Directions

  1. Add all of the ingredients to the blender and blend on high for at least 3 minutes or until smooth.
  2. Add more almond milk or ice if it’s too thick.
