These protein packed roll ups will give your kids the energy they need to get through the school day!
4 12″ Tortillas
8 0unces of softened Cream Cheese
2 tablespoons of Ranch Dressing
1/4 cup cheddar cheese
1/4 cup chopped red pepper
1/4 cup of fresh spinach
1/4 pound thin sliced turkey deli meat
Mix cream cheese, ranch dressing, cheddar cheese and red pepper.
Spread 1/4 cup on each tortilla, layer spinach, then turkey.
Roll up and cut into 6. (slice the ends so all bites are even)
Makes 24 turkey bites! Pack some organic grapes and pretzels for a filling lunch!
