Want to reduce signs of aging? Try face yoga!

Face yoga. Think of it as a non-surgical face lift. Yes.  It is a thing  now.  Some are trying it as alternatives to Botox and plastic surgery.  What is face yoga?  It is exactly what it says it is, yoga for the face.  Does it really work?  One study said yes!  We all have muscles in our face and exercising those muscles can improve blood circulation in the face.  Some practitioners believe it can even reduce signs of crows feet and wrinkles.  Fumiko Takatsu is the creator of the Face Yoga method.  What do you think?
