What do you do when someone with bright blinding headlights is driving in back of you?

I was compelled to write this because of an article I read online this morning.   Fighting fire with fire probably isn’t the best idea because it can turn into a potentially dangerous situation.  I have to agree that some cars that don’t have mudguards (especially on rainy days) or have super bright lights are a hazard on the road.   If you are driving in back of a car that is kicking up water that jacks your visibility or maybe driving in front of a car with super bright headlights (and feels like it’s BURNING YOUR RETINA) try and change lanes or purchase a dimming rear view mirror to help you see better due to this issue.  Sorry man, some drivers either don’t care or have no clue how distracting or difficult they make things for other drivers.
