Deployed Dad Sends “Stinky” Shirt From Overseas & Family Dog Has Adorable Freakout

Brindle the dog’s life turned around when he was adopted into a loving home and he couldn’t be happier with his new owners and they bonded instantly. Brindle had a difficult time dealing with his dad’s deployment overseas serving as a firefighter in the Army Reserves. The dog became so sad and the dad couldn’t stand the thought of his friend feeling abandoned.

The dad then sent an unwashed shirt home and presented it to Brindle who caught his dad’s scent immediately. 

Brindle spent the next day carrying the shirt everywhere with him and event sleeping with it.
