Ewan McGregor Will Return As Obi-Wan!

First, let me get this out of the way…

OK…now I’m ready to talk about this. It was just confirmed that Ewan McGregor will return to the Star Wars universe as his character Obi-Wan Kenobi. He played the Jedi master in Episodes 1-3 and the fans have been asking for a solo movie ever since. Unfortunately, that’s not what we’re getting.

However, what we ARE getting might actually be better than a movie. Let me say that there are no details what-so-ever about why Ewan is returning to the character. The only thing we know is that he will return for a new big budget series on their streaming service Disney+. The service is set to launch in November but I doubt that the series will be available at launch.
