French’s Mustard Ice Cream Exists But Why?!

I know Salt and Straw has some pretty crazy flavors of ice cream, but I’ve never seen this and probably won’t see it there. This ice cream flavor is from LA-based ice creamery Coolhaus.
In honor of National Mustard Day on August 3rd, Coolhaus has teamed up with French’s Mustard to create a French’s Mustard Ice Cream…yes made of mustard. From what I’ve read Coolhaus is a a delicious and reliable artisinal ice cream maker so this is pretty intriguing.
Hey NYC & LA! Try free French's Mustard Ice Cream in honor of #NationalMustardDay. From 8/1-8/3, visit the @Coolhaus location in LA or look for the @Coolhaus ice cream truck crusin' around New York City. You're going to want to try it, trust us. pic.twitter.com/OFW0z9VYIw

Now the ice cream will only be served in LA and NYC this weekend. I have no plans of going there this weekend, but if any of y’all do please report back. According to what I’ve read online, it doesn’t suck. You can read one journalist’s review of it here.
