Freska’s Throwback Thursday: Big Hair & Braces

I was hanging out with a good friend Joy last night and we reminisced on our photos in junior high and high school.  In honor of Throwback Thursday here is a photo of me in 8th grade and a photo of me now.  I still have big hair but its off to the side versus the top of my head! Hahah!  Also, no more braces but I should have worn my retainers!!

I remember getting that flannel at Sears in Tanforan in San Bruno. I would wake up at 6am, shower, blow dry my hair with my head upside down, curl my hair, and tease the top and hair spray it like no tomorrow with Aqua Net while listening to The Cover Girls on my cassette tape player my dad bought me from The Price Club then I was off to take my SamTrans bus to school!!  Awwwww the good ‘ole days!
