It’s A Girl!

Kristen & I are pregnant (mostly Kristen) and we just announced the gender of the baby on Friday with a Facebook live video. You can probably already guess from the title of this post and the picture that it’s a girl. Kristen has always had the name she wanted if it was a girl and we agreed that it was the best name, Lilly Steele. This is going to be our first baby and we are still very confused as to what we are supposed to do. Rumor has it that girls are less destructive than boys so that’s good news, however I hear that girls need more attention. Either way this will be a new experience for the both of us! If you have any tips on raising girls, please feel free to comment below because we could use all the help we can get.
Over the weekend we went into the baby section of Target for the very first time EVER just to get some prices on things we are going to need. It was not a good experience. We did end up buying “what to expect when you’re expecting” so there has been some progress. Is there something you spent money on that you really didn’t need or was there something you SHOULD have bought but decided not to that you regret?
The baby is due in January so we still have plenty of time to learn what we need to learn. Any info you can share would be great!
