Maybe you are sick of going to your regular job every day and want a change in 2019. Good new then! There is a dream job scenario unfolding right here in the Bay area. What makes it a dream job? Well you’ll be making $130,000 a year with out having to pay rent. You’ll get to live on an island and you get to work with your spouse.
Just north of the Richmond-San Rafael bridge there is a light station that sits on an island and is currently running as an bed and breakfast. In April the current operators of the inn will be turning in their keys to the next couple who wants to run it. The downside is that it’s like a real job, you have to take care of everything which includes running a 5 bedroom inn, making breakfast and dinner as well as providing ferry service for the guests as well as anything else needed including cleaning up after everyone. The inn is open 4 days a week and you will be able to live there.
