My parents taught me that while I’m at the dinner table my phone better not be taking my attention. We learned from a young age that the dinner table was a place to enjoy conversation. Well let’s fast forward to 2019, where our entire lives seem to be controlled by our phones.

The Curry Pizza Company in Fresno just started a new policy:  If all the people at your table are willing to LOCK AWAY their phones during dinner, you get a free large pizza. They are also giving you the option to donate your free pizza to the homeless.

Maybe some restaurants in the Bay should come up with a similar policy? Would you participate?
