HOW TO MAKE COOKIES AND CREAM COOKIES

Cookies and Cream Cookies

I’ve been on a bit of a baking kick lately. I would like to say it’s because I’m trying to become a better baker, but it’s mostly because I just really like eating treats. It doesn’t seem so gluttonous if I made them, right?

I told myself that I was only going to eat sweets if they were homemade. This way I could hone my baking skills and get some sweets after, but as I write this, I’m eating the leftover white chocolate chips from the bag like an animal.

Some things don’t go according to plan.

But they will if you follow this recipe! This is a super easy recipe that any beginning baker can do. The cookies look impressive afterward, so they will wow your friends.

Or you can shove them in your mouth on the couch while watching My 600lb Life.

Here is what you’re going to need:

  • 1 cup butter softened

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

  • 1/2 cup sugar

  • 1 pkg of Oreo Cookies & Cream pudding mix

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 2 1/4 cups flour

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

  • 15 Oreo cookies crushed (I left them in big chunks!)

HERE IS HOW TO MAKE THEM.

  1. Set your oven for 350 degrees.

  2. Leave the fancy stand mixer where it is. Use a hand mixer to mix the butter, brown sugar, and regular sugar. Once those are mixed, add the pudding mix and blend well.

  3. Drop in the eggs and the vanilla extract. Mix together

  4. Add in the flour and baking soda and continue mixing.

  5. Break up the Oreos into large chunks and put them in the batter. Also, throw in the white chocolate chips. I mixed them in with a regular wooden spoon.

  6. I used a cookie scoop to put the dough on to my greased baking tray, but you can do it by hand. The cookies take 10 minutes to bake before they’re done.

  7. Shove in mouth (But not right away. Let them cool first)

Like I said, easy, right?
