Robin Williams Biography Coming Soon

A biography about the legendary comedian Robin Williams is coming to stores. Author David Itzkoff interviewed over 100 personal friends and family members of Robins to put this book together. It chronicals the life of Robin from Mork & Mindy all the way to the end of his life in 2014.

It reveals how he battled with depression and drugs through out his life. Plus how he channeled all those emotions into his on screen performances in movies like Good Will Hunting.

One of the people the author talks to is his long time friend Billy Crystal. Billy talks about something was a little different about Robin towards the end.

“He wasn’t feeling well, but he didn’t let on to me all that was going on. As he would say to me, ‘I’m a little crispy.’ I didn’t know what was happening, except he wasn’t happy.”

There is also a documentary that was shown at the Sundance film festival called Robin Williams: Come inside my mind that will be on HBO soon. I’ve already pre-ordered this book and I can’t wait to see the documentary. The book will be released next Tuesday May 15th.
