There was a story a few months ago about a man who saved someones life by giving them CPR to the beat of “Stayin’ Alive” by the Bee Gees. That song has 105 beats per minute and it’s the perfect pace for giving chest compressions while doing CPR. The range that works best goes from 100-120 beats per minute.

Teachers recently realized that the song “Baby Shark” is 115 beats per minute, therefore the perfect song to use to teach kids CPR. They can easily remember and sing the song which makes it easy to teach. You can watch the video below to see it in action!
