Tom Cruise is back as MAVERICK in Top Gun sequel!

Tom Cruise 56 is back as Pete “Maverick” Mitchell . Filming for Top Gun: Maverick began in San Diego this summer! He was 24 when Top Gun came out in 1986 and he doesn’t look like he aged much at all!! I’m very excited about this movie coming up. I was a buck toothed kid with braces during the summer of 1986 when the movie was released. I was in junior high! These photos are hyping me up and I have been listening to Kenny Loggins Danger Zone over and over!
Val Kilmer who played Iceman will also be in the the sequel. He was on acting hiatus for quite some time and just opened up about his battle with throat cancer. He appears to have his health back in order!
The movie is due out in theaters June 26, 2020.
