Was that a USA tattoo on Mirai Nagasu’s leg?

We were watching the Winter Games and Mirai’s amazing performance & she became the first woman to hit a triple axel, she’s amazing! I was a bit distracted at the large pring USA on her leg. Turns out it is not a tattoo it’s KT tape.
