‘Tis the Season for Science: Life on Ice, the Academy’s annual holiday exhibit, celebrates the remarkable adaptations that allow Arctic and Antarctic animals to thrive in snowy ecosystems.
Stop by and check out indoor snow flurries, a hands-on polar-themed experience, and a new ice rink to celebrate the holidays!
Tis the Season for Science and the holiday ice rink will be open daily from November 22, 2017, through January 7, 2018, including 10 am-3 pm on November 23 (Thanksgiving Day) and 11 am-5 pm on December 25 (Christmas Day).
