Second Harvest Food Bank Launches Nation’s Largest Food & Fund Campaign

Thanksgiving and the busy holiday season are with us! Second Harvest’s Holiday Food and Fund Drive—the largest in the nation—where they hope to raise $17.5 million to feed people struggling with hunger in Silicon Valley all year around.
There are bins throughout Santa Clara and San Mateo Counties for people who want to donate food, and especially frozen turkeys and chickens, this time of year. Non-perishables can be dropped in any of the bins or brought directly to any of Second Harvest’s three warehouses. Frozen turkeys and chickens must come directly to Second Harvest.
