Get ready! Girl Scout Cookie season is almost here!!

I have to support!! I was once a Girl Scout and it’s almost that time of year again!! Girl Scout cookie season is almost upon us. The Girl Scouts of Northern California will begin selling their awesome cookies beginning January 28th and ending March 3rd. Be aware that they do accept credit cards!! I was outside a Starbucks and walked by a table with cookies and the little girl’s mom asked me if I would like to buy some. I was relieved for a moment to be able to say, “I’m sorry. I don’t have any cash.” To my surprise, her young daughter in a Girl Scout uniform said, “Oh, that’s ok! We take credit cards!!” It wasn’t like I didn’t want to buy them I just didn’t want ruin my diet! I mulled it over for a few minutes. Okay, it was a few seconds and before you knew it I was 5 boxes deep into the sale of Thin Mints and Samoas! There is a gluten free option now too so I will purchase a bunch of those.
