A woman gifted her fiance with a birthday party AND a surprise wedding!  While some people would be a little taken back and maybe even get cold feet considering the birthday celebrant didn’t know anything and didn’t have anything do to with the planning.  It all worked out for Rachel O’Neil and Dave Kochba!
