We all know that the Bay Area is one of the most expensive places to live.  Where would you live if you had to leave the Bay?  Some move to nearby cities, nearby meaning 100 or miles away so.   It is still some what close or close enough.  I remember in the early 2000’s I was very close to purchasing a home in West Sac and I regret not doing it.  It was a 5 bedroom , 4.5 bath home with a beautiful yard in a new neighborhood of homes.  The homes in the area were in the low $200k!  I am kicking myself in the head now I tell you!  Had I moved to Sacramento I know I would eventually move back to The Bay someday.  Here’s what some had to say about why they moved and why they came back.
